My name is Rishabh Mehra I aspire to be the most versatile chef. I derive my desire from my Family Restaurant where we have been Serving meals and experiences over so many years it makes me feel delighted to see the satisfaction after every good meal that we have served well to our customers.

My work experience in the industry

Quantifying my experience in years could be a tough task. The initial years of my teenage have gone in watching the skills and learning the science in cooking. I developed interest during my early 16 and when and how i indulged in cooking is now a story of past. I have been practically cooking since i turned 18 and since then i have just looked forward to learn, practice and choose it as my career.

My personal philosophy of cooking

I feel cooking is an art its a continuous process of Learning and improving.It unites people , create experiences and memories. I feel what we always recall is beautiful memories created over food Like Caffee Coffee Day says “a lot can happen over coffee” similarly a lot can be gathered along our food experience.

What I hope to gain from my Blogging experience

I hope to bring my blogs for everyone to enjoy the cooking process. Learn the skills that i am learning and access the content with ease. I will also learn a lot which will be very crucial for my imperative growth.

I love the blogs and videos by Chef Gordon Ramsay https://www.gordonramsay.com/. What i find best is the skills, precision and perfection in Chef Ramsay’s videos and blogs. I would like to emulate it . He has offered range of articles, recipes and books along with masterclasses to make the learning more effective .The blogs show the variety that a Michelin Star Chef can cook and the energy that reflects through the recipes and pictures is just amazing.

Something which can be done better is that the team and the chefs are included in the blogs and videos to show the team behind the success of world class restaurants.
